Mix all ingredients except cabbage in large pot; cook about 15 minutes, then add cabbage and cook until cabbage is tender.
If you eat this twice a day, there can be weight loss of 5 to 8 pounds per week.
The more soup you eat, the more weight you will lose.
Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Saute carrots, onions, celery and garlic, about 8 minutes or until vegetables soften, stirring occasionnally.
Add tomatoes with their liquid. Add all remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
Saute' meat and seasonings.
Add scallions.
Dissolve Herb-Ox in water and add to meat.
Add sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Mix corn starch with some of the liquid to thicken.

Bring water to a boiling temperature.
Add 1 tablespoon of green tea and oolong tea in hot cup of water.
Allow steep for about 5 - 10 minutes.
Strain the liquid and let it cool.
Drink this tea twice a day.
Have it 1 cup of tea in the morning and one in the evening or late afternoon.

Mix cake mix with diet soda and applesauce, mix until well blended.
Pour batter into desired pan (I use 13x9).
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until done.
Cool cake and then poke holes in cake with knife or fork approximately one inch apart.
Prepare jello as directed (typically this uses 2 cups of water, 1 boiling 1 cold).
Pour jello over cake evenly.
Place cake in refrigerator for 1-2 hours until cooled.
Frost with cool-whip and enjoy!
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Saute onion and garlic in half of margarine until onion is clear.
Add parsley, oregano, bread crumbs, crabmeat and water to form a stuffing. In medium size casserole layer 3/4 pound fish, stuffing mixture and remaining fish.
Top with remaining 2 tablespoons diet margarine.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake 20 minutes.
Toast bread and tear into small pieces.
Beat together all other ingredients.
Pour over bread in small baking dish.
Let set 1 minute.

Scald milk in microwave for 2 minutes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Great for breakfast.
Mash overripe bananas.
Add NutraSweet and butter.
Mix well and add remaining ingredients.
Spray loaf pan with Pam and pour in batter.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Sweet 'N Low does not work as well as NutraSweet.
I use Weight Watchers butter.
Mix and set aside 1 large diet strawberry gelatin and 1/2 cup boiling water.
Chop in blender 2 cups cranberries and 1 small apple.
Add gelatin to fruit and mix 1 can crushed pineapple in own juice, 1 banana (chopped) and 1/2 cup orange juice.
Serves 8. Counts as 1 fruit and 8 optional calories.
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix cake mix, egg white, and diet soda. Bake for 35 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.
During the last few minutes of baking, put the caramel and condensed milk in a saucepan on low heat until smooth.
After baking, remove cake from oven and pour caramel over top. Sprinkle half the heath bar on top.
Cool completely. Cover with whipped topping and remaining heath bar bits.
Drain fruits and add water to drained juice to equal 1 3/4 cup liquid.
Heat to boiling.
Dissolve jello in liquid slowly. Slowly add Coke (it will bubble up).
Add cherries and pineapple. Pour into dish and chill until set.

Cook raisins in water until soft.
Drain and add applesauce, eggs, oil and sweetener to raisins and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a glass 9 x 13-inch pan greased with diet margarine.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Serves 16.
Drain most of liquid off of fruit and mix all together.
Cook cauliflower in salted water for 6 to 7 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Drain.
Mix pickle liquid, sweetener, garlic and onion in a small bowl.
Pour over cauliflower, pickles and radishes in bowl.
Toss to marinate.
Cover in refrigerator for 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
Drain before serving.
Cook raisins until water is gone.
Mix applesauce, eggs, liquid sweetener and oil together.
Mix well.
Mix dry ingredients to applesauce mixture.
Blend well.
Add raisins and nuts.
Pour in cake pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Combine vinegar, liquid sweetener, water, celery seed, mustard seed, salt and turmeric.
Bring to a boil.
Let cool and pour over cabbage.
Drain juice from pineapple and add water to make 2 cups.
Pour over raisins and cook until liquid is gone.
Cool.
(Can be cooked ahead of time and refrigerated.)
Add slightly beaten eggs.
Add soda, flour, spices, pineapple and applesauce.
Mix well.
Add raisins and orange flavoring.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
Place in cold oven and set at 325\u00b0.
Bake 1 hour. Let cool.
Store in cool place.
Freezes well.
