Weight Watchers Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. skim milk
    1 egg
    1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low or Equal
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 slice bread
    cinnamon
    diet butter
Preparation
    Toast bread and tear into small pieces.
    Beat together all other ingredients.
    Pour over bread in small baking dish.
    Let set 1 minute.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and put diet margarine on top.
    Scald milk in microwave for 2 minutes.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Great for breakfast.
