To the leftover mashed potatoes, add some milk and a dash of horseradish.
Add some table mustard and a few fried bacon chips. Whip it up.
Spread a layer in the bottom of a greased casserole and grate some cheese over it.
Add the rest of the mashed potatoes over that and top with more grated cheese.
Bake it in the oven with a piece of foil over it until the potatoes are hot. Remove foil and let the cheese brown a bit.
Prepare mashed potatoes as you normally do or use leftover mashed potatoes.
Mix in garlic powder, parsley flakes, onion powder and sour cream.
Blend well and spoon into baking dish sprayed with Pam cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I take my leftover mashed potatoes & corn and I mix them together in a bowl.
Then I add onions, eggs and milk.
Add salt & pepper to taste and stir until it is mixed good.
Add enough flour to thicken.
Drop 1 teaspoon at a time in hot oil and keep turning over until golden brown.
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
Mix the potatoes, green onions, onion powder, black pepper and sour cream.
Spread mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with bacon and grated cheese.
Bake approximately 20 minutes until mixture is hot and cheese melted.
Preheat oven 400*.
Brown ground beef, drain grease.

Season. Make into a large patty (or several smaller patties).
Put on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
Split the hot dogs lengthwise and place on a cookie sheet.
Fill the split with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

In heavy stew pan, melt butter; add onion, saute until light golden.
Add water, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil.
Add whole milk and mashed potatoes.
Stir until mixed.
Heat until almost boiling.
Serve immediately.
Heat a heavy, thick frying pan until a droplet of water evaporates immediately if you flick it inches (DO NOT put any oil or fat of any sort in the pan, the potatoes WILL stick if you do).
Tip in your mashed potatoes and spread out to cover the pan base.
Cook on a medium heat and turn and shake occasionally.
Turn over in parts (it isn't like an omelette, don't worry if it breaks).
Keep frying until you have a solid crispy shell around it and a nice creamy center.
