Potato Puffs(Leftover Mashed Potatoes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. mashed potatoes
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. milk
1 small c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg slightly.
Add mashed potatoes, salt, milk, flour and baking powder.
Make mixture stiff so it drops off spoon into a deep fryer set at 375\u00b0.
If not crowded in fryer, they should turn themselves; if not, turn.
Cook until golden brown (check inside one to make sure it's cooked).
Serve hot.
Delicious if you sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
We like to dip them in ketchup as we eat them.
