Cream Of Potato Soup(Made From Leftover Mashed Potatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/4 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. water
    1 qt. whole milk
Preparation
    In heavy stew pan, melt butter; add onion, saute until light golden.
    Add water, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Add whole milk and mashed potatoes.
    Stir until mixed.
    Heat until almost boiling.
    Serve immediately.
