LA CREME: In a large bowl

Make chicken broth by steaming chicken in 2 cups water. Debone chicken.
Heat cream of mushroom soup, chicken a la king, chicken broth and 1/2 pound American cheese.
Add mushrooms, then cook broccoli and spaghetti as directed on packages.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, mix pumpkin and corn syrup until well blended. Mix into dry ingredients.
Add cream and eggs; mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an unbaked 10-inch pie shell. Bake 45 minutes.
Cool and decorate with fresh whipped cream, if desired.
In a large saucepan, add butter, leeks and onions, and cook.
(Do not brown vegetables.) Add chicken stock, potatoes, salt and fresh thyme.
Cook for 40 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently to avoid scorching.
Add cream, bring to a boil and serve hot.
Garnish with Cheddar cheese and diced bacon.
Mix sour cream, brown sugar and Brandy in a bowl.

Sauce can be stored in teh refrigerator for up to 3 days. Sauce will separate- stir before serving.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Put cookies on a cooling rack and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
