In 3 quart saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook shallot, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in vodka and bring to a boil over high heat.
Stir in parma rosa mix blended with milk and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and stir in cheese. Simmer 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
To serve, toss sauce with hot penne. Serve, if desired, with freshly ground pepper and additional grated parmesan cheese.
Bring a pasta pot of salted water to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry sausage slices on both sides until brown; remove them from the skillet. Place in a large mixing bowl.
In the same skillet, saute mushrooms for 2 minutes, then add onion, and saute for an additional 2 minutes, until mushrooms have rendered their liquid and onion has softened. Remove from skillet, scraping any sausage bits that remain, and place in the same bowl as the sausage.

In a large skillet, brown sausage, breaking it up well for approximately 5 minutes.
Add onion and red pepper, cooking an additional 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Blend sauce mix and milk.
Add to meat and vegetable mixture, bringing to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes, while continuing to stir.
In a large serving bowl, toss hot pasta with the sauce and your desired amount of cheese. Garnish with parsley and freshly ground pepper.

I cooked some penne pasta and used the sauce over the noodles.

Make pasta sauce as directed, (I use Knorr Parma Rosa).
Boil 1 pkg gnocchi.
Add can of cheddar cheese soup to sauce.
Add 1/2 can milk (instead of whole can as directed on label) to sauce.
Add diced pepperoni.
Stir until well mixed.
Enjoy.

Cook pasta per package instructions Prepare packaged sauces per package instructions together in one pan. Add shrimp and cook until just pink, 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir together with pasta.

Pulse the dressing in a blender adding the mint leaves last, leaving them only half blended into the dressing. Put in the fridge until ready to use.
Assemble the salad any way you like (see above) grilling the parma ham until crisp for a change or if you like it like this (it does add another dimension done like this, but I do like it raw too).
Pour a little of the dressing over the salad and serve with extra dressing on the side for those who want more. Some nice crusty bread wouldn't go amiss either!
