Stir butter and peanut butter together until well mixed.
Add sugar and egg; mix.
Take a small amount of dough and roll it between your palms into a ball about the size of a big marble.
Place balls on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Push a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen Chocolate Kiss Cookies.

Cream peanut butter, margarine, and sugar.
Beat in eggs.
Combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon, and add to mixture gradually.
Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Wrap about one tsp dough around each chocolate kiss.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar.

Peanut Kiss Cookies

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Cream together shortening, peanut butter and sugars; then add egg, milk and vanilla.
Blend in dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, press Hershey Kiss on top of each cookie so that cookie cracks.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Yields 36 delicious peanut kiss cookies.
