In a deep bowl, mix all ingredients together except wings. Add wings, making sure they are all covered with sauce.
Marinate overnight or at least 4 hours. When ready to cook, cover cookie sheet with foil.
Spray foil with cooking spray. Brush wings with sauce.
Bake at 350` for 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven. Turn and brush again with sauce. Bake another 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven. Serve.
You may also use just Kikkoman sauce and leave out the barbecue sauce.
In a large bowl, place the chops in and add in the soy sauce and the garlic.
Cover and let marinate for at least a couple of hours.
(Better results if left to marinate over night.) Take a skillet or pan and heat before placing chops on to cook.
If planning on using an onion, cook the onion first for about 3 minutes.
Add chops, soy sauce, and garlic and cook until chops are done.
Goes great with rice.

Cut steak across grain into thin strips, then into 1-inch squares; coat with 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce.
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry about 1 minute; remove.
Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same pan. Add peppers and onions; stir-fry 5 minutes. Stir in beef and remaining 1/4 cup hoisin sauce; cook and stir just until beef and vegetables are coated with sauce. Serve immediately.
Juice orange.
Finely chop chilli, orange rind and coriander.
Mix well together sesame oil, soy sauce, orange juice, chilli, orange rind and coriander.
Cook and stir chicken breast, cut into strips; add garlic in hot oil in large skillet.
On medium-high heat chicken is cooked through.
Add water, stir fry, kikkoman sauce and sugar.
Stir; bring to boil.
Stir in uncooked rice, cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.

In a saucepan heat oil over medium heat and saute the scallions, garlic and ginger (about 1 minute).
Add/stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer, stirring.
Simmer the sauce until smooth, then cool to room temperature.
*NOTE* If you are refrigerating the sauce, and you find that the sauce is too thick after chilling, stir in a couple of tablespoons of hot water and stir until combined, adding more hot water until the sauce is of the right consistency.
This sauce is best served at room temperature.

Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.
