Kashi Seven Whole Grain & Sesame Pilaf

Whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together.
Bring water to a boil. Add Kashi and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook until all liquid has been absorbed, about 25 minutes.
Spread Kashi on sheet pan and allow to cool.
Add vegetables to cooked and cooled Kashi.
Add enough Kashi vinaigrette or your choice of dressing just to coat, and toss well. Serve chilled.

Kashi Salad

Cook Kashi in the water (covered) until all the water is absorbed.
Chill the Kashi overnight or for several hours until thoroughly chilled.
Combine all the dressing ingredients and pour over the combined vegetables.
Add the Kashi and and toss all together.
Chill before serving.

Copycat Kashi Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Beat margarine for 30 seconds with electric mixer on high. Add evaporated cane juice, cinnamon, and baking powder; beat until combined.
Beat in in egg, milk and vanilla. Slowly beat in flour and Kashi Flakes until no more can be added; combine the rest by hand.
Stir in dried fruit. Drop by rounded teaspoon on to lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

Kashi Breakfast

Put 2 cups water or fruit juice in saucepan.
Add apple pieces, raisins and kashi.
Simmer for 30 minutes (until liquid is absorbed).
Serve warm with yogurt.
Keep in refrigerator.
Warm up in microwave.

Healthy Kashi Cereal Raisin Muffins

Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl and put aside.
Drain peaches and reserve 1/3 cup of syrup and then puree in a blender, until smooth.
Whisk the peach puree, sugar, egg substitute and oil.
Add Kashi cereal and mix well.
Add flour mixture and stir until dry ingredients are just moistened.
Fold in the raisins.
Add muffin mixture to muffin pan, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt.

Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
Ease pastry into pan.
Combine cornstarch, Equal for Recipes, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; sprinkle over apples in large bowl and toss.
