Kashi Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small apple, cut in small pieces
1/4 c. raisins
2 c. water or fruit juice
1 packet kashi (7 grain mixture)
Preparation

Put 2 cups water or fruit juice in saucepan.
Add apple pieces, raisins and kashi.
Simmer for 30 minutes (until liquid is absorbed).
Serve warm with yogurt.
Keep in refrigerator.
Warm up in microwave.
