We usually freeze an orange juice ring to add just before serving.
This is the punch we serve at most of our church functions.
Place champagne flutes on ice or in the freezer to chill.
Pour Ice Cider into chilled flute.
Top with champagne or sparkling wine, and cranberry juice.
Garnish with 2 frozen cranberries in each glass.

In pitcher, dissolve Crystal Light in 1 cup water.
Add pineapple juice.
Pour mixture into punch bowl with a little ice. When ready to serve, add Diet 7-Up.
Set out 4 custard cups.
Place 1/4 cup rice in each dish.
Add 1 tablespoon raisins, 1/4 egg, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 packet diet sugar.
Sprinkle vanilla and lemon juice in each cup.
Stir and bake in oven 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix equal parts of 3 juices.
Chill to allow flavors to blend. Add ginger ale just before serving.
To make 25 (5 ounce) servings, use 46 ounce size pineapple juice and measure other juices with the can.
Use 1 liter (33 ounce) bottle of diet ginger ale.
Put all ingredients in blender and process to mix.
Pour into a container w/ a tight fitting lid.
Refrigerate.
Shake before pouring (has a tendency to settle and separate).

If serving to an infant I add 1/2 yogurt juice to 1/2 water.
Rub steak with 2 t. lime juice and 2 t. chili powder, then sprinkle with salt. Let sit while you prepare the relish.
Combine onion, cilantro, remaining 5 t. of lime juice and 1/2 t. of chili powder.
Broil or grill steak about 7 minutes (medium-rare) per side until desired doneness.
Remove steak from heat and let sit at least 5 minutes (VERY IMPORTANT).
Cut steak at an angle against the grain. Serve topped with onion relish.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine; spread in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
Cool. Mix packages of pudding (dry), pineapple with juice, lemon juice and Cool Whip; spread over graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate.

Dissolve gelatin and salt in lemon juice and cool soda.
Add the boiling soda and stir in fruit.
Chill until set as for jello. Entire amount makes 1 fruit serving.

Then mash with fork until creamy.
Pour pineapple juice into a cup, adding water to equal 1 cup of juice and water. Dissolve gelatin in boiling juice; cool.
Add cream cheese and vanilla; beat well.
Fold in pineapple and whipped milk.
Line bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs.
Fill with mixture and refrigerate.
Cut into 12 servings.
Mix water, prickly pear juice, diet tonic water, and lime juice together in a glass.
Whisk together mayonnaise, blue cheese, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Whisk in buttermilk and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook pappadums in microwave oven on medium (50%) for about 40 seconds; break into pieces.
