Diet Napoleon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    5 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. melted diet margarine
    2 pkg. diet instant pudding of choice
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. light Cool Whip
    8 Tbsp. coconut
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine; spread in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Cool. Mix packages of pudding (dry), pineapple with juice, lemon juice and Cool Whip; spread over graham cracker crust.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Refrigerate.
