Add breadcrumbs to pan.
Add chicken stock.
Add herbs.
Add sliced pepper.
Add bell pepper.
Add salt to taste.
Add 1/2 oz of butter.
Bake stuffing at 375\u00b0F in oven for 20 minutes.
Chops season with soy and crushed pepper.
Baste with butter as you grill them on HOT grill flip about 4 minutes on each side.
Halve zucchini and season; add to grill until tender.
For the stuffing I like to use Stove Top stuffing for pork.
Cook stuffing mix according to package directions.
Combine sausage with stuffing.
Cut stem and seeds from jalapenos, fill with cheese. Add egg to sausage and stuffing mixture. Mold mixture in egg shape around jalapenos.
Roll in bread crumbs until covered well.
Bake in a 400 degree farenheit preheated oven for 30 minutes or until brown.

Cut avocados in half, remove the seed and scoop out pulp with a spoon.
Mash pulp with a fork into a soft puree and add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, jalapeno peppers and hot sauce. Blend in cream cheese.
Makes approximately 2 cups.

Add white bread, jalapeno peppers and juice; toss to
horoughly blended.
Lay a jalapeno pepper onto a work surface
Preheat oven to 350.
Boil celery until done.
In a skillet melt butter and sweat onions.
Add celery to onions and simmer.
In a giant mixing bowl mix corn bread mix, tortillas, stuffing mix, eggs, jalapenos and chilis.
Add celery and onion mixture.
Mix in 4 cans of broth, should be a soupy consistancy. Add more broth if needed.
Place mixture in a 11x13 glass baking dish and place in oven.
Check stuffing every 15 minutes, adding more broth when it starts to dry up. DO NOT LET IT DRY OUT!
Bake for a total of 1.5 hours.
