Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Place hoagie roll in center of foil (12x12 for one hoagie). Bring up sides of foil around hoagie. This will retain the hoagie's shape while baking.
Layer vegetables in roll however you like.
Break up the two slices of cheese and top off the sandwich with the cheese and Italian seasoning.

Melt the butter in a skillet.
Saute the green pepper, onion, and mushrooms in the melted butter.
Add spaghetti sauce until the mixture is well coated and warm.
In separate skillet, fry the Steak Ums.
Be sure to drain the grease.
Mix the Steak Ums and Sauce mixture together.
Spoon onto a hoagie roll and top with mozarella cheese.

Slice the rolls, but not all the way through.
Place the vinegar and oregano in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil until emulsified.
Remove some of the bread from the center of each half of roll.(if desired)
Drizzle a little of the olive oil mixture on the bread.
Place first the meats, then the cheese in layers.
Top with the tomatoes, onions, then the lettuce. Drizzle with more of the dressing, as desired.
Chop salami, ham, pepperoni, capicola, provolone, tomatoes, lettuce and onion into bite size pieces and place in large serving bowl. (don't use a food processor, pieces will be too small)
Add both dressings, mayonnaise, garlic powder, oregano and stir together. If you are making this more than a few hours in advance do not add until closer to when you will be eating the dip (will be too soggy).
Slice hoagie rolls as if you were slicing a loaf of bread and serve with dip.

Spray a broiler pan with broiling rack well with nonstick spray (I line the bottom part with foil and then spray).
Combine all ingredients well.
Form into 30 meatballs using a 1 1/2\" diameter scoop (or use your hands).
Set on sprayed broiler rack in prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
Add these meatballs to your favorite sauce and serve over pasta or in a hoagie roll with sauce& cheese to make a great sandwich.
In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except the Italian bread crumbs.
Note: If you substitute beef or pork, delete 1 tblsp. vegetable oil.
Form into 2 inch meat balls.
For more intense Italian flavor, roll each meatball in the Italian bread crumbs.This is optional. If you are going to put the meatballs in sauce or soup do not roll in the crumbs.
Place on a baking pan that is non-stick.

Cook on the middle rack for 30 - 35 minutes.
