Prepare Thanksgiving Deep Fried Turkey:
First you will want
turkey deep-fryer
Mix all ingredients, except turkey.
Inject mixture into turkey.
Put turkey in plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.
Fry turkey for 4 minutes per pound at 300\u00b0.

Melt butter slowly as not to burn.

Inject into your turkey and allow to sit for one hour or more before deep frying.
HINT: We were cooking the turkey while camping, and decided to leave it in the bag to inject it, so it would not be so messy!

Mix all rub ingredients together and apply ample quantities to the outside of the turkey. Let meat marinade for 8-24 hours.
Combine injection recipe ingredients including 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the rub; boil and reduce to 1 cup. Cool and strain mixture then inject into all areas of the turkey.
Fry turkey according to weight of bird and fryer instructions. DO NOT attempt this indoors or too close to a builidng.

Use injector to inject throughout thawed turkey. Deep-fry turkey 3 minutes per pound.

Heat oil in deep fryer or fish fryer to 325\u00b0.
Fry turkey for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 185\u00b0. Fried turkeys can be frozen whole; cool, wrap in foil and freeze.
Liquify all ingredients, except turkey, in blender.
Inject liquified ingredients into turkey.
Marinate turkey in refrigerator 24 hours.
Deep fry turkey in pot 4 minutes per pound at 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except turkey, pot and peanut oil to
Rinse turkey inside and out.

Saute first 7 ingredients until salt and pepper are dissolved. Fill the injector and inject turkey at breast, wings, drumsticks, thighs and back.
Allow to marinate 24 hours in refrigerator or ice chest.
Use a 10 gallon pot for frying.
Bring peanut oil to 350\u00b0 temperature and fry turkey for 38 to 42 minutes.
Turkey should float to surface after 35 minutes and you should cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
You may want to tie turkey legs with 1/2-inch cotton ropes to be able to remove from frying pot when done.
Get a large enough pot to fry your whole turkey in at one time.
Get the oil good and hot.
Inject your bird with the Italian seasoning.
You can use a baster for this.
Fry the turkey at 4 minutes per pound.
