Place the whisky - Honey - Tea bag(s):
in a large microwave safe mug with 1 cup of Very Hot water.
NOTE: microwave if it's not hot enough, place in the microwave for 1 minute or until it is piping hot, but not boiling.
Add the honey.
Pour the hot water into the mug over the spoon you used for the honey to get off the last little drops.
Add the lemon juice and stir well.
Add the lemon slice and serve.
Put 6 oz. water and tea bag in a microwave safe cup in microwave until hot and let it steep for a few minutes.
Remove tea bag. Pour in honey, wiskey and lemon juice.
Stir and add sugar if needed.
Sip away and feel better!
Mix the tahina paste with cold water in a bowl.
Add salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice, orange juice, pepper and salt.
Mix well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Add garlic and 20gms of onion.
Stir-fry until brown.
Add the tahina mix and keep boiling on low flame until well cooked.
Allow to cool.
When it cools, arrange the grilled fish on the mix and top it with fried onions and pine nuts.

Squeeze a piece of lemon (1 tablespoon) into a microwave-safe mug.
Add the spoonful of honey, whiskey and hot water.
Microwave until piping hot (maybe 30-45 secs).
Add spices to taste.
Chase that cold away!
In a small saucepan, warm the Poire William and the brandy very gently over low heat.
Transfer to two large warmed balloon glasses.
Dissolve sugar in the hot coffee and pour into the liqueurs, stirring to combine.
Float the cream over the top of each toddy; garnish with a slice of fresh pear.
Do not stir - just sip and savor!
Just before serving, into old-fashioned glass, measure all ingredients.
Place teaspoon in glass.
Add boiling water to fill glass.
(Teaspoon helps prevent glass from breaking when boiling water is added.)
Stir mixture.
Makes 1 serving.
Very good for cold weather; keeps the chill out.
Add all ingredients to a hot toddy mug and stir.

Saute onion in margarine.
Blend in flour, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano.
Remove from heat and slowly stir in tomato juice.
Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Stir hot tomato mixture into cold milk.
Heat almost to boiling and serve.
It is important to stir the hot mixture _slowly_ into the cold milk to avoid curdling.
Add a toasted cheese sandwich.
For success with this recipe, it is important when making
pices (or use my recipe for Jamaican Spice Mixture recipe #108351, ginger and

meat for easier slicing.
Slice pork thinly into
bite-size pieces.
In 3-quart saucepan cook pork pieces in hot oil until lightly browned.
Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.
In a saucepan heat cider and cranberry juice cocktail just until hot (do not let boil) and remove from heat.
Stir in tequila and liqueur.
Serve toddies in mugs, garnished with lime slices.
Makes about 6 cups.
Note: To spice up a little: add cinnamon sticks, a little cloves, allspice and nutmeg.
You can garnish with the above listed lime slices or also add orange slices.

Preheat an Irish coffee glass with 3/4 cup hot water, then discard.
Pour honey and bourbon into the preheated glass and top with 3/4 cup hot water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
