Cocoa Tea Mix Recipe

Pour boiling water into a mug and steep tea bag, about 2 minutes. Remove tea bag; add milk, hot cocoa mix, and sugar. Stir until well-blended, about 20 seconds.

Cinnamon Rolls(The Quick, Easy Way With Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix)

Prepare Pillsbury hot roll mix according to directions.
After dough is mixed and allowed to stand the required 5 minutes, roll it into a long rectangle, approximately 9 x 15-inches, with rolling pin.

Chai Tea Mix In A Jar

Combine all ingredients -- Stir in spices.
In a blender or food processor.blend 1 cup at a time until mixture is consistency of fine powder.

Georgian Tea Cake

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celcius.
Mix eggs, sugar, butter and / or oil and the hot tea using a hand mixer for about 5-6 minutes.
Pour the batter into a tin / mould; it should have a consistency of sour cream.
Bake for 35 minutes.

Hot Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chill Out Frozen Hot Chocolate

Pour milk into blender.
Add hot cocoa mix and ice.
Blend first at low speed and then high speed until ice is finely crushed and slushy.

P.S. This recipe was originally posted using small ice cubes. At our shop we have a commercial blender that has no problem getting through these. Since most people have regular blenders, I have changed it to crushed ice.

Hot Chocolate Float

Place Hot Chocolate Mix and water in a 1 quart glass measure.
Add vanilla and stir.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 3 minutes or until heated.
Pour 1 cup hot chocolate into each of 4 mugs.
Top each with 1 tablespoon ice cream.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Combine all ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Yield's 7 1/3 cups of 1/3 cup servings).

Orange Cinnamon Hot Tea

In a large mug or coffee cup prepare hot tea. (I microwave 10 ounces of water for 1 minute and steep 2 tea packets.)
Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
Cut 2 slices from orange and cut slices in half. Squeeze juice from remaining orange into cup.
Enjoy!

Russian Tea Mix

Mix and store in airtight container.
To serve, place 3 teaspoons mixture in a cup and add hot water.
Recipe may be doubled to use as gift.

Hot Punch For Winter Months

Make a spiced tea by boiling together for 10 minutes 2 cups water, cloves, cinnamon and ginger.
Make a syrup using 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups water.
Mix the spiced tea, hot tea, syrup and grape juice.
Strain juice of lemons and oranges and add just before serving.
Serve hot.
Serves 35 and 50.
