Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Line an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with foil. Lightly grease foil. Beat butter, honey and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. With mixer on low speed, add egg, flour, granola and raisins and beat just until blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Drizzle glaze over top. When glaze has set, lift foil by ends to cutting board. Cut into bars. Makes 24.

Bars can be stored, tightly covered, for up to 2 weeks, or wrap bars tightly in moisture-proof wrap and freeze up to 6 months.

Mix water and yeast; add 3 cups flour and salt.
In saucepan, heat milk, honey and butter until warm.
Add to flour mixture. Add eggs and beat.
Stir in granola and rest of flour.
Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down, divide into 3.
Place in loaf pans; let rise 1 hour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.

Grandma Dalley'S Honey Granola

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Mix oats and almonds in a large bowl.
Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture; toss to coat. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 5 minutes, until granola is lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Fold in raisins and bake for 2 more minutes. Cool and crumble.

In very large bowl, combine oat, coconut, seeds, and dry milk. Mix well.
Combine honey, oil, and vanilla and pour over oat mixture; stir to coat.
Divide mixture evenly into 2 ungreased 13x9-inch baking pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Let cool slightly, then stir to break into small pieces. Stir in raisins. Cool completly.
Store in tightly covered container for up to 1 month, refrigerate for longer storage.

Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla and salt in a microwave proof bowl and cook in microwave until butter and honey are melted.
Stir together then pour over oat mixture and toss until well blended.

It will darken a little when it cools.

Triple Berry Granola Crisp

Heat oven to 375\u00b0F.
In ungreased (2-quart) glass baking dish or stoneware, stir together fruits, sugar and flour until fruits is coated.
Bake 20 minutes. Stir, sprinkle with granola.
Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until light golden brown and bubbly.

Preheat panini grill to medium-high heat (375 degrees).
Brush melted butter onto outer sides of each slice of bread. Spread a thin layer of honey on the inside of one slice of bread. Top with slices of raclette (enough to cover bread, about 1/8″ thick). Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Grill sandwich for 3 minutes until cheese is melted and golden grill marks appear. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Heat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine oats, nuts, salt, cinnamon and flax in a large bowl and set aside.
Combine oil, honey and vanilla in another, smaller bowl.
Mix wet ingredients into dry - you may need to use your hands.
Then spread the mixture onto two cookie sheets lined with foil or parchment.
Bake 10 minutes. Then remove from oven and stir.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
When cooled, transfer into an airtight container for storage.
