Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease muffin tin. Combine the quick bread mix (both bags), apple juice, eggs, and yogurt in a large bowl.

In a bowl, combine cabbage, apple, onion and herbs.
In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, lemon juice and capers together. Season to taste.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over rolls and fill with shredded pork and apple coleslaw.

To Make The Apple Filling: In a large skillet

let it burn down to red hot coals. Take

Dutch oven.
Put the apples in the bottom
of the
pot and the biscuits on top of apples.
Place the
lid on and put in fire.
Pull hot coals all around.
Cook for
about
20 minutes or until the boys take it off the fire. If\tit's not quite done, it will be apple dumplings instead of cobbler.

Make Rich Tea Biscuit dough, adding more milk to make a drop biscuit dough. Spread the dough 1/2 inch deep in an oblong 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Peel and pare apples; cut in eighths. Press apple slices into top of dough very close together. (It won't hurt if more than a layer thick.) Dot with butter or oleo. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
