Pulled Pork Sandwiches With Homemade Apple Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz finely shredded red cabbage
    1/2 None green apple, cored, julienned
    2 None spring onions, finely sliced
    2 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves
    1/2 bunch fresh chives, snipped
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp baby capers, rinsed, chopped
    4 rolls bread, split
    10.5 oz pulled pork
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cabbage, apple, onion and herbs.
    In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, lemon juice and capers together. Season to taste.
    Spread mayonnaise mixture over rolls and fill with shredded pork and apple coleslaw.
