Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the ham in a shallow baking pan. Score the top in a diamond pattern. Combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a 2- quart heavy saucepan and mix well. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Brush the pineapple sauce over the ham. Bake for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 130 degrees, basting frequently with the pineapple sauces. Reheat any remaining sauce and serve with ham. Makes 12 servings.

Score ham diagonally both ways about 1/8\" in.
Pour ginger ale over top.
Pat brown sugar all over top and sides of ham.
Bake according to ham package directions.

Cook until tender and done.
Unwrap ham and place in roasting pan with lid.
Place your pineapple rings on top, securing with toothpicks.
Pour the can of diet Pepsi over top of the ham, cover and bake approximately 4.5 hours or until internal temp reaches 140\u00b0F.
Remove from oven and let rest at least 15 minutes.
Slice and serve.
Note: the cooking time includes the resting time. I would think that this would turn out to be lower carb and sugar than the normal baked ham with the fruity sauces.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C).
Using a vegetable peeler, shave 8 thin slices of mango. Wrap one slice of mango around each cube of Mozzarellissima. Sprinkle with chopped tarragon and wrap each with a piece of Serrano ham. Brush with olive oil and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt. Remove bites from the oven and drizzle with honey. Serve with cocktail toothpicks.

precooked ham in foil.
Place in crock-pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 12 hours.
If desired, sprinkle ham with liquid smoke before wrapping in foil.
Drain pineapple well, reserving juice.
Reserve 2 spears for sauces, chop and set aside.
Unroll crescent rolls.
Wrap ham and cheese around pineapple.
Place at widest part of crescent and roll up.
Place on baking sheet .
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
In saucepan, boil reserved juice with mustard until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in chopped pineapple.
Serve with crescents.
Makes 8 sandwiches.
In Dutch oven, heat oil and saute peppers, onion, and garlic until tender.
Add ham, beans, tomatoes, tomato& picante sauces, and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add remaining ingredients, lower heat, and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
Add cooked pasta, if desired, for\"chili mac\".
Saute mushrooms in butter. Set aside to cool.
Cut top off bread and scoop out the inside leaving 1/2\" crust. Reserve bread for other recipes.
Fill the hollowed out bread with alternating layers of ham, mushrooms, onions, tomato, and cheese.
Replace the top of the bread loaf and wrap in two layers of heavy duty foil.
Place on cookie sheet and bake on middle rack at 350F for about 40-45 minutes.
