Put all ingredients into a blender. I use the smoothie button on mine, which is about 30 seconds.
Put liquid ingredients into the blender.
Start the blender with the lid on (cuts down on spraying).
Remove the lid and add the Banana, Fruit, Spirulina powder AND/OR the protein powder or silken tofu.
The drink will become'green' in colour because of the Spirulina.
Drink it anyway and you will be pleasantly surprised and more healthy!
(If you find it too 'tart', add non-caloric sweetener to taste)
Put all items in blender.
Blend until smooth.
For desired consistency, add ice to make it thicker, or more milk to make it more liquid).
Add tofu to taste. (if you like the flavor or want more protein).
Put all ingredients in a blender & blend on high until smooth & creamy.
Adjust the liquid at the end for desired consistency. If you like a smoothie that's a little runnier . add more liquid. If you'd like your smoothie thicker . add a few ice cubes.
Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and enjoy immediately.
Add milk to blender. add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds.
Pour in tall glass and serve!
Blend coconut, almonds, flax seeds, and chia seeds together in a blender or food processor until slightly smooth. Add banana, coconut milk beverage, pineapple, protein powder, and agave nectar; blend until smooth.

Brew green tea in 1/2 cup water, heated to 180degrees for 4 min., remove leaves, let cool.
Blend ice,peach,banana, honey and ginger until smooth.
Right before serving stir in green tea; serve immediately.
Mix 1/2 tsp green tea powder in 2 ounces of hot water in a bowl. Stir with a whisk until completely dissolved.
Stir in 3 teaspoons of sugar or sugar substitute (can adjust to taste).
Add in 4 ounces of milk and stir.
(Optional) Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup, such as Torani or DaVinci brands.
Add ice cubes and blend in a blender until smooth.

Note: You could also drink this as a Matcha Green Tea Iced Latte by just pouring the mixture over ice instead of blending.
In a blender, combine orange juice, mango, banana, grapes and gingerroot. Process as directed until smooth.
Options: ground flax seed, protein powder, psyllium seed are all excellent ingredients to add to your smoothie.
Blend all ingredients well. If you have a very powerful blender, such as the Vitamix, you can simply blend for one minute. If you have a standard blender, blend for one minute, stop, push any stray spinach down into the smoothie mixture, then blend for another 2 minutes, or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
