Butter Dips

Heat oven to 450\u00b0 and melt butter in a 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan. Sift together dry ingredients.

Cut 16 strips approximately 4-inches long and 3/4-inch wide.

Salt Crusted Potatoes With Salsa And Pesto Dips

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F.
Put the potatoes in a greased baking dish and sprinkle them with salt, rosemary and thyme leaves and drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20-30 mins.
For the salsa, mix the tomatoes, basil, half the garlic, the scallions and ketchup. Season to taste. For the pesto, puree the pine nuts, grated Parmesan, parsley, cilantro and remaining garlic in a processor, slowly adding 1/2 cup of olive oil.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve with the two dips.

Preheat oven to moderate, 350\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange bread slices on tray. Brush with a little oil. Bake 5-10 minutes.
Mix all dip ingredients separately in a blender and season to taste. Place dips in serving bowls. Cover and chill before serving with the toasted bread slices.

Arrange dips in bowls on a platter. Serve with baked bread.
