Crudités And Tortilla Chips With Dips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed
    1/2 None lemon, juice only
    1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp hot sauce
    1 None tomato, quartered, deseeded and diced
    1/4 cup salsa
    1/2 None red bell pepper, deseeded and cut into sticks
    1/2 None yellow bell pepper, deseeded and cut into sticks
    1/3 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
    None None tortilla chips
    None None parsley sprigs, to garnish
Preparation
    Mash the avocado in a bowl with the lemon juice, garlic, sugar and hot sauce. Season. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped tomato with the salsa.
    Arrange the peppers, carrots and tortilla chips on a platter and garnish with parsley. Serve with the two dips.
