Heat oven to 325. Place oats, nuts, flax seed and coconut in the baking pan. Melt coconut oil; mix in the honey, vanilla, almond extract and salt. Pour over oats and nuts and mix well. Bake for 15 minutes and stir; 15 minutes and stir. Repeat until at desired browness. Take out and add dried fruit as desired.
In large jar or blender, combine all ingredients except chicken to blend.
Pour this mixture over chicken in a shallow dish. Cover and marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Drain chicken, reserve marinade.
Grill chicken over medium coals for 45 to 50 minutes, brushing with marinade and turning frequently.
Just before serving, brush with Honey-Mustard Glaze.
Makes 6 servings.

With mixer on low speed, add egg, flour, granola and raisins and beat just until blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Drizzle glaze over top. When glaze has set, lift foil by ends to cutting board. Cut into bars. Makes 24.
