Combine salad dressing and mix with 2 1/2-cups boiling water and chicken soup, then stir into rice. Cut game hens in half lengthwise; season, if you wish, with salt and pepper. Place game hens, cut side down, on top of rice. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 30 minutes longer or until rice and hens are tender.

Season hens according to your taste. Stuff game hens with rice.
Place in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. When cooking more than 3 or 4 hens, add more cooking time.
Wash and, if desired, cut game hens down the middle; season with salt and pepper.
In a blender or processor, put onions cut in eighths, garlic cut in half, parsley well washed and prechopped, along with the juice of one lemon.
Process it all.
Leave mixture separate from the hens and proceed to sear or brown the game hens in a large skillet.
This may need to be done in two skillets or as many as fit in the pan at a time.
