Albert'S Game Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 4 Cornish game hens, quartered
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. sherry
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 green onions, finely chopped
oil for frying
honey

Preparation

Mix
soy,
sherry,
ginger and green onions in a baking dish. Marinate
quartered game hens at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.
In
a
skillet of medium hot oil, fry game hens until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
Remove game hen pieces and drain.
Place in a dish and brush with honey.
