In a large chicken fryer pan, saute onions in olive oil for about 20 minutes- until soft and starting to brown at edges. Add garlic and tomatoes.
Season both sides of meat with cajon seasoning and place meat over onion mixture in pan.
Mix chili sauce, water, boullion and oregano and pour over meat. Cook covered for about 30-40 minuted on medium low heat, turning the meat over half way through cooking time. Add chopped cilantro and stir. Cook 5 minutes more.
Serve with fried egg on top, next to white rice.
Heat up a skillet on medium heat then add the olive oil.
Arrange the arugula leaves on a plate.
Gently crack the egg(s) and lightly fry for 3 minutes, or to your preference.
Carefully arrange the fried egg on the arugula leaves.
Spoon barbecue sauce on and around the egg and greens.
Grate cheese on top followed by a garnish of fresh cilantro.

Spread toasted bread with a generous slather of peanut butter.

For a heartier sammie with some crunch, add a few slices of crispy bacon.
Put the butter and olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and heat until the pan is good and hot.
Break the egg into the pan and immediately turn the heat down as low as it will go.
Cover and leave to cook very gently for 4-5 minutes, until the white is set and shiny.
The yolk will be cooked but still slightly runny.
Eat how you like it, in a bacon and egg sarnie, on top of Asian dishes like nasi goreng or on its own.

Spread 1 slice of bread with Miracle Whip.
Add the fried egg.
(While the egg is cooking, I flatten it with a metal spatula to break the yolk-it fits the bread better.) Spread the egg thinly with Miracle Whip.
Add crisp bacon in a single layer.
Next, a layer of tomato slices.
Cover with other slice of bread spread with Miracle Whip.
Place cooked egg on slice of toast.
Add onion and tomato slices.
Add Worcestershire Sauce.
Top with other slice of toast.
Boil egg and peel the shell.
Let the egg dry for 10 minutes.
Pour cooking oil into the pan and fry the boiled egg until the skin starts to be crispy and brown.
Take the egg out of the pan and remove the excess oil by placing on the clean kitchen napkin.
Mix the tamarind paste, sugar with water and heat up until boiled.
Taste the sauce as you want. you may add salt if you want.
Pour the sauce on top of fried boiled eggs.
Garnish the dish with fried shallots(red onion).
Serve with hot rice.

In a bowl, mix together the quinoa and edamame, and toss with one teaspoon of olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
