Steam cauliflower.
Cut into small pieces.
Add all the ingredients except cream of mushroom supplement.

Stir soup mixture in lightly to ingredients.

Chicken Kabob(Serves 1)

Dissolve Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement in water; stir in thyme and rosemary.
Marinate chicken in this mixture for 20 minutes.
Place chicken and vegetables on toothpicks; arrange in baking dish.
Pour marinade over top; baste, then microwave for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken and vegetables; baste, then cook for about 5 more minutes.

Crystal Light Shake

Mix Crystal Light as directed on package.
Pour 6 to 8 ounces Crystal Light lemonade into blender.
Add Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement and Sweet 'N Low.
Blend well.
Add ice gradually and blend until smooth.

Mix first 4 ingredients and microwave to slow boiling point. Stir in pecans and Rice Krispies.

Ken'S Chocolate Covered Cherry Pudding

Mix together water, Equal, chocolate extract, cherry extract and Hi-Energy Chocolate Supplement.
Add canola oil and frozen cherries.

Red Bull® And Vodka Jelly Shots

Grease an 8-inch square baking pan lightly with cooking spray.
Bring energy drink to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce to a gentle simmer; stir in gelatin until completely dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, about 10 minutes.
Pour vodka into the gelatin mixture; stir gently to combine. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
Refrigerate gelatin mixture until set, about 6 hours. Run a knife under hot water to make it easier to cut gelatin mixture into 2-inch squares.

Sunbutter® Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

Mix tahini, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and roll into 1 inch balls, place evenly on parchment covered cookie sheet.
Freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
Store any uneaten energy balls in the freezer to enjoy later.

Energy Chunks

Mix peanut butter, chocolate chips, golden raisins, raisins, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice together in a bowl; mix in hemp seeds until mixture is firm and the consistency of cookie dough.
Spread chia seeds onto a plate.
Coat hands with canola oil and roll peanut butter mixture into balls. Roll balls in the chia seeds until coated. Chill energy chunks in refrigerator until solid, about 1 hour.

Pour the energy drink into a pint glass. Pour the Jagermeister into a shot glass. Make a toast and drop the shot into the pint glass. Down the hatch!

Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Clean mushrooms and separate stems. Chop stems and mix with Swiss cheese.
Place mixture in a mushroom cap.
Sprinkle with Hi-Energy Soup Supplement and a small amount of water over each mushroom.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
Yield:
2 servings.

Innocent Daiquiri

Blend ice, sweetener and canola oil in water until it is slushy.
Add strawberries and blend until they are diced and water turns red.
Add rum extract and blend on high for about 10 seconds. Add Hi-Energy Strawberry Supplement and blend approximately 5 seconds more.
Yum!

Chicken Hawaiian

Dissolve chicken soup supplement in bowl and set aside.
In an oiled wok, stir-fry green pepper, mushrooms, broccoli and green onions.
Set aside.
Oil wok once more, then add chicken and cook until brown, then add Hi-Energy Chicken Supplement mixture, pineapple.
Cook until warm.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Shake

Grate ice in blender.
Add Hi-Energy Chocolate Supplement, cherry 7-Up and rum extract and blend.
