Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices diet bread (use end pieces)
    6 oz. cooked chicken or turkey breast, cubed
    1 egg
    4 tsp. canola oil
    1/2 c. celery, diced small
    1/2 c. onion, diced small
    2 Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplements
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sage or to taste
    1/8 tsp. black pepper or to taste
Preparation
    Toast bread in 250\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until hard.
    Bring water to a boil and add Hi-Energy Chicken soup Supplements, celery and onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Break up bread in mixing bowl and add oil, sage and black pepper.
    To the bread mixture, add Hi-Energy Supplement mixture with celery, onion and chicken/turkey.
    Mix well.
    Add egg and mix well.
    Spray glass dish with canola spray and fill dish with dressing mixture.
    Bake 40 minutes or until brown on top and moist in the middle (350\u00b0 oven). Makes 2 servings.
    (Eat one and freeze one for later.)
