Fake Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head steamed cauliflower (save liquid)
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/2 c. mixed red and green peppers
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash (hot)
    1 tsp. canola oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 pkg. Hi-Energy Cream of Mushroom Soup Supplement
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Add all the ingredients except cream of mushroom supplement.
    Mix Hi-Energy Cream of Mushroom Soup Supplement with liquid from steamed cauliflower to make 1 cup.
    Stir soup mixture in lightly to ingredients.
