Remove chicken from bone and cut into chunks.
Place 1/2 chicken in greased baking dish.

Grandma'S Easy Turkey Taco Salad

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and stir in the ground turkey. Cook and stir until the turkey is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Mix in taco seasoning mix as directed on package. Remove from heat.
Combine the turkey, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and tortilla chips in a large bowl. Toss with salad dressing. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Mix dressing, flour, bouillon and pepper in saucepan; gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring frequently, over medium-low heat until thickened.

Mix corn bread and broken bread or biscuits.
Add enough broth to get it to desired consistency.
(This should be very watery as it will thicken as it cooks).
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add pieces of turkey or chicken.
Bake uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven until sides are slightly brown and dressing seems set.
(Grandma would usually buy a hen and cook it for the broth and meat if she baked her turkey in a bag, usually using the turkey broth for the giblet gravy.)

Easy Turkey Taco Soup

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and stir in the ground turkey and onion. Cook and stir until the turkey is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease. Add the mixed vegetables, tomatoes with green chiles, ranch beans, chicken broth, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Bacon-Turkey Salad

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Toss lettuce, bacon, tomato and turkey.
Garnish with egg slices.

Easy Turkey & Mushroom Soup

In a large saucepan cook the mushrooms, carrot, celery and onion in the margarine/butter until crisp-tender. Add 4.5 cups of water, the buillon, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Bring to a boil and stir in the pasta. After returning to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5-8 minutes. You want the pasta to be still a little firm. Add the turkey, parsley and thyme. EAT! Yummy!

Easy Turkey Oven Meatballs

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch metal pan.
Chop bread into fine crumbs (approximately 1 cup).
Grate onion to measure 1 tablespoon.
Add to bread crumbs, along with turkey, spinach, salt, pepper and egg.
Shape into 16 meatballs.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning as they brown.
When meatballs are done, add to your own favorite tomato sauce recipe or any favorite ready made tomato sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes or more to blend flavors. Serve over spaghetti or rice.
Makes 4 main dish servings.

Make dressing according to directions on Stove Top box.
For each roll use 2 large pieces of turkey.
Place 2 tablespoons dressing on turkey and roll up.
Place seam-side down in 9 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
Spoon gravy across center of rolls. Bake in 325\u00b0
oven for 30 minutes until heated through.

Prepare stuffing by box directions.
Warm soup and gravy together.
