Bring 3 quarts water and potatoes to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook the smoked sausage until browned, about 6-9 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Arrange greens on a platter and top with smoked sausage, peppers, tomatoes and sliced potatoes once cool. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
Melt the butter in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and smoked sausage in the butter until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the corn and reduce heat to medium; cover and cook until the corn is tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, monosodium glutamate, and pepper; toss to combine. Serve hot.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat being careful not to burn it.

Add ham seasoning; cook on low for 1 hour.

Slice smoked sausage into 1 inch coins, and place in a microwavable bowl with a lid.
Add apples and onions.
Sprinkle brown sugar over all. Add water. Cover.
Microwave on high for about 5 mins or till apples are tender. (I use my fresh vegetable button for hard veggies).
May season with salt and pepper if care to. We normally don't.
Note: If you do not have a bowl with lid that will go into microwave, you may use plastic wrap, just be sure to vent it, by folding in one corner of wrap to make a little hole.
Heat olive oil and crushed garlic, stir in smoked sausage slices and cook until smoked sausage is browned.
Add pepper, onion, broccoli, chicken broth and tomato sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes until vegetables are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
In the meantime, cook rice according to package instructions. Stir rice into the skillet, sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Saute sausage in a large saute pan over medium heat until it starts to get some color. Remove from pan but do not discard the drippings. Leave the drippings in the pan.
To the pan add the oil/butter, garlic, red pepper, carrot, and brussels sprouts. Saute over medium heat until the sprouts begin to brown. Add the cooked sausage back to the pan. Toss to mix.
Deglaze pan with the stock, continuing to cook until the liquid in the pan is almost gone. Remove from heat and serve while hot.
Slice the smoked sausage and place in the bottom of an electric skillet or baking dish.
Top with sliced potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and cook until done.
Do not stir while cooking.

Add the next five ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Mix the sausage and tomatoes with the steaming hot noodles.
