1 large pkg. red beans
1 pkg. ham seasoning
smoked sausage
Preparation

Wash beans and put in crock-pot.
Add 3 cups water and cook beans for 1 hour on high.
Add ham seasoning; cook on low for 1 hour.
Add smoked sausage and cook on low for 1 hour.
Add seasonings to taste.
Serve over rice.
