Combined method for cooking the Roast Beef and the Yorkshire Pudding:
Cover the rye bread with the sliced roast beef and top with remoulade. On one side of the remoulade place pickled cucumbers and on the other side fried onions. Top with horseradish, cress and tomato concasse.
Remoulade is easy made by washing the sauce of piccalilli, chop the remaining vegetables and mix them with a good quality mayonnaise.
Prepare Au Jus per packet directions in a medium saucepan until warm. You do not want to boil the beef, it can dry it out.
Separate deli roast beef slices and add them to the sauce pan.
Cook for 5-10 minutes or until roast beef is warmed through.
Assemble sandwiches by placing cheese on the roll and add cooked beef. You can also reserve a little cup of the au jus for dipping.

Have the deli slice the roast beef very thin, but not shaved.
Use your favorite beef gravy and heat in medium saucepan. Add roast beef slice by slice into the hot gravy. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat french bread for 3-4 minutes. Slice in half, lengthwise.
Spread mayonnaise on inside of bread. Add lettuce, tomato slices, onions, and pickles.
Distribute hot roast beef evenly between both loaves of bread. Cut into 4 sandwiches.
Serve with french fries. :).
Sprinkle dry soup mix onto large sheet of aluminum foil. Place meat on soup mix.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour soup over meat.
Add garlic.
Seal foil.
Place sealed foil on cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.

This is absolutely delicious if you have a steamer available - however a George Foreman grill or a toaster oven for a few minutes will warm the sandwich also.

BARBECUED ROAST BEEF:
Pierce Rotisserie or Oven /Roast all over with fork.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Heat soup, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil.
Add beef to sauce pan and heat through.
Divide Beef & mushrooms among the four hogie buns.
Top with Cheese.
Use the saucepan to mix up the au jus package and heat through.
Bake for 3 min, or until the cheese is melted.
Top each sandwich with peppers.
Serve with a dippable container of au jus.
Mix gravy as directed on package.
Pour into Pyrex dish.
Slice roast and put into gravy mix.
Layer alternately with onion and potatoes.
Cover with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Put the roast beef,onion, red pepper, pepperoncini, mushrooms,water and bouillon cubes in a medium size pot and boil it unitll the bouillon cubes have desolved and the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Evenly divide the roast beef and the vegetables between the 6 samdwiches, top with mozzarella cheese.
Use the remaining broth to dunk your sandwich into.
