Check to make sure it is firm in the center.
Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble.
Place cheese in pans.
Cover with bacon and onion.
In blender, mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and flour and pour into pan.

Each quiche will serve 4 to 6.
Pie shells may be fit into a 9 x 13-inch pan, pinching together, and baked in that manner.

Easy Quiche

Prepare meat.
Place in pan and sprinkle with onions; layer with broccoli.
Cover with grated cheese.
Beat eggs.
Add milk and Bisquick, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Use 9 x 13-inch pan for medium quiche.
Use 8 x 10 x 10 1/2-inch pan for deeper quiche.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10 inch quiche dish.
In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in broccoli, ham and Cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared quiche dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden brown.

Quick And Easy Quiche

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put pie crust into pie pan as directed on package.
Combine all other ingredients (except vegetables, etc.)
in mixing bowl and mix lightly.
Add vegetables, bacon, meats, etc., if desired.
Pour into crust.
Mixture will look lumpy due to Cheddar cheese.
Put in oven and bake 55 to 60 minutes.
Quiche should have a slight brown coating when cooked completely.

In blender, mix eggs, biscuit mix, milk and melted butter. Blend well.
Pour into pie or quiche pan.
Sprinkle cheese, ham and onion over egg mixture and push in gently.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Quick N Easy Quiche Crust

Mix flour and salt with fork.
Beat oil and water with whisk or fork to thicken.
Pour into flour and mix with fork.
Press into 9\" pie crust.
Fill with quiche mixture and bake at 400F until done.
NOTES: I've never made this with canola oil.
You can double the recipe, divide dough in half, and roll out into a pair of rounds for two-crust pies.
This recipe is not suitable for baked pie crust shells.
It makes a nice, flaky crust that's suitable for everyday use.
