Easy Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (26) Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (2 c.)
1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine bacon, onion, eggs, sour cream, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour into quiche dish.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
