Easy, Easy Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells (Pillsbury folds are great)
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    1 lb. bacon
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble.
    Place cheese in pans.
    Cover with bacon and onion.
    In blender, mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and flour and pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until center is set.
    Each quiche will serve 4 to 6.
    Pie shells may be fit into a 9 x 13-inch pan, pinching together, and baked in that manner.
