Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Chop in skillet till in fine pieces.

Add tabasco and Velveeta cheese and mix until melted.

Bake at 300 degrees until hot, usually 10-15 minutes.
These are easy to prepare in advance.

Combine all ingredients (except the bread) in a crock pot.
Heat for 1 hour, stirring often.
Serve on party rye bread.

Melt Velveeta cheese into mixture.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons on party rye rounds, add tomato, if desired, run under broiler until browned.

While meat balls are cooking, in a large saucepan, mix chili sauce and jelly, heating to boiling. When meat balls are cooked, add them to the sauce. Cover and simmer on warm heat until ready to serve. The meat balls can be made ahead of time and placed in the freezer until you want to have a party.

Soften cream cheese. Mix with Ranch party dip mix. Roll into ball. Cover with chopped pecans. Roll into ball and serve with your favorite crackers.
