Desserts are one of the easiest parts of our diet to make low-fat.
All you need to know are the tricks of substitution and modification.
When you learn to make some easy changes, the possibilities are unlimited.
Plain yogurt, buttermilk, low-fat cottage cheese, cream cheese spread, Egg Beaters, Butter Buds, Grape-Nuts cereal, etc.
The list could go on and on.
You can even use cocoa as a substitute for chocolate.
Experiment with low-fat substitutions and you will be in for a \"sweet\" surprise!

In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, water, vinegar, soy sauce, and Splenda.

In a skillet, brown the ground beef, onion and celery.
Drain off the fat, so the sauce sticks to the meat.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer on low on the stove for 20-40 minutes, or longer.
Wrap meat and cheese in lettuce and enjoy!
Special slow cooker instructions:
Brown the ground beef and add onion. Put into the slow cooker and add all other ingredients. Cook 4-5 hours on low.
Stir water and refried beans together until beans are thin. (You can use less or no water if you don't want your beans so thin, but I like them that way).
Heat in a small saucepan just until warmed (about 4 minutes?).
Spread on tortilla.
Microwave turkey chili and spread over beans.
Top with enchilada sauce and cheese.
Fold in both edges and wrap. You may need to hold with a toothpick.
Microwave on high about 30 seconds.
Mix together well, and fry 'em up.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink.
Pour off drippings.
Sprinkle oregano and salt over beef, stirring to combine.
Place tortillas on 2 large baking sheets.
Lightly brush surface of each tortilla with oil.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
Divide beef mixture evenly over tops or tortillas; divide tomato and desired topping over beef mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes, rearranging baking sheets halfway through cooking time.
