Put gumbo mix and tomatoes in a pot and bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Stir and simmer 15 minutes.
Add the chicken with rice soup and the shrimp and simmer 10 more minutes.
Ready to eat now.

Brown the sausage.
Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Saute frozen veggies in oil in a dutch oven until tender, adding all spices. Stir ocassionally.
Add broth, tomatoes, chicken and rice to vegetable mixture and simmer for at least 20 minutes, or until rice and veggies are done.

Add chopped vegetables to

Dip both sides of pork chops in flour.
Brown both sides in hot oil or Crisco in layer frypan with a lid.
Drain excess oil. Fill gaps between pork chops with instant rice.
Pour chicken gumbo soup and chicken broth over rice.
Cover and place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
