Easy Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 1/2 c. cooked and deboned chicken or 2 cans deboned chicken
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen gumbo vegetables
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute sausage until lightly browned.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Freezes well.
