Work fast as it hardens quickly.

Easy Peach Crisp For Two

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
Add granola, brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well, then remove from heat.
Divide peaches between two 1/2-cup ramekins or other small, ovenproof dishes.
Sprinkle half of the granola mixture over each.
Bake 15 minutes until hot and browned.

Easy Marshmallow-Chocolate Chip-Granola Squares

Grease a small glass container.
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe glass bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 1 to 3 minutes. Add marshmallows, granola, and peanuts. Spread mixture into the prepared container.
Freeze or refrigerate until hard, about 1 hour. Cut into squares and store in the refrigerator.

Easy Crunchy Berry Parfaits

Add apples, apple juice, sugar and cinnamon.
Saute until apples are tender and juice caramelized, about 15 minutes.

Place apples in pan and reserve juice.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cover apples with granola and pour over reserved juice.
Dot with butter.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla frozen yogurt.
