Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
    6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate, defrosted
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Vanilla Granola (recipe follows)
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Spray saucepan with Pam.
    Add apples, apple juice, sugar and cinnamon.
    Saute until apples are tender and juice caramelized, about 15 minutes.
    Spray Pam on a 6 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Place apples in pan and reserve juice.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover apples with granola and pour over reserved juice.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve warm with vanilla frozen yogurt.
