Roll beef pieces in the taco seasoning (I used cubes of round steak and put them in a plastic bag with the taco seasoning and turned it around and around to coat thoroughly).
Place beef in crock pot.
Combine remaining ingredients except beans and cheese and pour over beef cubes.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Fifteen minutes before serving, stir in beans (I had previously cooked a bag of dry black beans, which I used rather than canned).

Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until meat is tender.

In a small bowl, combine biscuit mix with parsley.
Stir in milk with fork until mixture is moistened.
Drop dumpling mixture into crock pot with a teaspoon.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Combine the flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl or resealable plastic bag.
Add beef and toss to coat.
Brown beef in oil.
Transfer to a crock pot with a slotted spoon.
Gradually add consomme to the skillet.
Bring to a boil; stir to loosen browned bits from the pan.
Stir in onions, wine or broth, garlic and dill.
Pour over beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or until the meat is nearly tender.
Stir in the artichokes and mushrooms; cook 30 minutes longer or until heated through.
Serve over hot noodles.

Combine broth, wine, tomato paste, paprika and garlic; pour over beef.

When stew is ready cook noodles and transfer to platter.
Stir sour cream into stew.
Top noodles with stew.
Lightly brown cubed beef stew meat.

Slow cook in the crock pot for 8 hours on low.
Add sour cream after cooking time is complete and heat to warm.
Serve over noodles or rice with a salad and bread.
Place the beef cubes and onion slices in the crock pot.
Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, worcestershire, thyme, basil, celery seed, pepper and salt and pour over meat and onions.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Turn to high. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and then stir into the crock pot.
Cover and keep on high for 10 minutes.
Stir again and serve over mashed potatoes or hot buttered egg noodles.

1. Toss beef in zip-lock bag with 1/4 cup flour. Heat bottom of frying pan with oil. Sear beef in oiled frying pan until brown on outside.
2. Dab a paper towel with cooking oil and wipe bottom and sides of crock pot. Place beef in oiled crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
3. Cover and cook for 90 minutes on high; stir, then cook 4 hours on low.
4. Serve in bowls with corn bread or biscuits on the side.

Combine all ingredients, except for cilantro and jalapeno peppers, in a 6 quart crock pot.
I prefer to use Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and skin left on.
Stir to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
Cover, turn on low and cook for approximately 5 to 6 hours or until meat and potatoes are almost tender.
Add chopped cilantro, and if more heat is desired, the jalapeno peppers.
Continue cooking an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve hot with tortillas of your choice.

Place onion rings, green pepper and garlic in slow cooker.
Place meat on top and sprinkle with salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add beef broth, undrained tomatoes, mushrooms and barbecue sauce; stir to mix. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 hours.
Turn cooker on high heat setting.
Blend 1/4 cup cold water slowly into cornstarch; stir into stew.
Cover and cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot rice.
Makes 8 servings.
Put the beef in the crock pot and sprinkle with garlic salt
Brown and drain beef.
Peel and slice vegetables.
Place layers of vegetables in crock pot in order given.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Then place cooked beef in pot.
Mix soup with water and pour over all.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (cook high 2-4 hours stirring occasionally).
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink and drain. Personally I keep frozen cooked hamburger in my freezer which makes this an even quicker recipe for me to put together.
In a crock pot, combine potatoes, carrots, water, onion soup mix, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Stir in the cooked beef.
Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Stir in tomato soup and tomato paste.
Cover and cook for 1 hour longer or until heated through.
Put roast in crock-pot. Sprinkle onion soup mix over roast (no water required). Cook 8 to 10 hours on medium heat. Add potatoes and veggies as you wish.
Put all the ingredients into the crock pot and set on low for 8-10 hours .
The soup and juice make a great base for a gravy with the addition of some flour (adding a juice to a quarter cup of flour until the correct consistency is reached).
