Clean cauliflower, but do not break apart.
Boil cauliflower 15 minutes.
Drain.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix sour cream (or chip dip) with mayo and mustard.
Spoon over cauliflower and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat; cook and stir onion until fragrant, 1 minute. Add cauliflower and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender, 10 minutes. Pour soup into a blender no more than half full. Cover and hold lid down; pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Puree in batches until smooth. Return to pot and warm over low heat. Serve immediately.
Cook cauliflower flowerets until just tender; drain and mix in 3/4 cup of the grated cheese (reserve a 1/4 of a cup of cheese).
Brown onions and parsley in butter.
Add tomatoes, bouillon cube, sugar, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs to the onion mixture and simmer 5 minutes.
Place half of the tomato mixture in a large casserole.
Add cauliflower on top of the tomato mixture.
Then add the 1/4 cup of cheese over the cauliflower layer.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
After washing cauliflower, roughly chop.
Take the rind off of the bacon rashers, and place rashers in bottom of crock pot. Place chopped cauliflower, onion, sliced mushrooms and crushed stock cube on top.
Cook on low in crock pot until bacon is cooked and cauliflower is nice and soft.
Tip tub of sour cream on top and stir through. Blend with Barmix (or blender), slowly adding milk until soup has the desired consistency (should be fairly thick).
Top with grated cheese and serve with warm crusty bread.
Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam for 7 minutes. Let cool and finely chop.
Place chopped cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Pour lime juice on top and season with salt. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve garnished with avocado slices.

Microwave 2 minute or until cheese is melted.
Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over vegetables.
