Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, margarine and egg in bowl.
Work until crumbly.
Spread half the mixture into greased 9-inch pan.
Top with applesauce.
To remaining crumbs add cinnamon, raisins and nuts.
Spread over applesauce.
Cover completely.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
Dissolve red hots in boiling water. Stir in raspberry or red jello. Stir well to dissolve. Add applesauce. When partially set, add celery and ground nutmeats. Serves 8 to 10.

Store batter in covered container in fridge until ready to bake. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full; bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Yields 12 to 15 muffins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes, then invert on serving plate.

In a bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; mix well and pour into a greased 13\" X 9\" X 2\" baking dish.
In a skillet, brown the pork chops in the butter.
When browned on both sides, place over the applesauce mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

1. Spray cooking spray on skillet.
2. Heat on medium.

4. Use 1/4 measuring cup to drop pancakes into skillet.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry, and set aside.
Beat the applesauce with the sugar until light and creamy.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
Blend the skim evaporated milk with the water and extract. Add the flour mixture to the creamed applesauce alternately with the milk mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
