Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Spread 8 ounces cheese over scallions. Repeat layers.
Spread sour cream over top.
Spread tomatoes around outside of dish.
Spread olives next to tomatoes.
Use remaining scallions and place in center of dish.
Cover and heat for 30 minutes.
This mixture can also be used in burrito shells.
Cut top off cake (thin).
Hollow out cake by slicing around the edge.
Fill reservoir with softened sherbet or choice.
Place top back on cake.
\"Ice\" with Cool Whip.
Place in freezer until ready to serve.
Great made ahead and freezes well.
Slice and serve.

Can use filling to coordinate with punch for parties.
