Easy Cheesy Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
1 c. flour (I use a little more than this, for a stiffer dough)
1 jar Kraft Old English cheese spread
extras: pecans, stuffed olives, Little Smokies, whatever
Preparation
Leave margarine and cheese spread at room temperature until softened, then mix with flour.
Refrigerate the dough to make it easier to work with.
While it is chilling, prepare the \"middles.\" I use stuffed olives (cut in half and blotted dry), Little Smokie sausages (cut in thirds or fourths), pecan halves, sometimes cocktail onions, whatever you like.
Wrap a spoonful of the dough around each surprise and roll into a ball.
At this stage, they keep very well in the refrigeartor between layers of waxed paper. When ready to bake, put them on a cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0; they will be slightly brown on the bottom.
They can be baked ahead of time, and warmed up in the microwave.
These are especially good for teen-age parties; young people love guessing which surprise is inside each one.
Each recipe yields about 3 dozen.
